All orders over $300 receive FREE Express Shipping

For orders under $300 Standard Shipping is $8AUD and Express Shipping is $12AUD

UNITED STATES

All orders receive FREE Express Shipping.

Please note that US customers are charged in USD$ and at US RRP pricing, this will be reflected at the checkout.

NEW ZEALAND

All orders over $300 receive FREE Express Shipping

For orders under $300 Express Shipping is $15AUD

REST OF WORLD

For all orders Express Shipping is a $40AUD flat rate

All orders are dispatched within 48-72 business hours

Shipment time after dispatch is approximately 1-7 business days depending on your location

TAXES & DUTIES

Some international shipments can be subject to customs and import duties once they reach their destination. In these circumstances, Acler does not take responsibility for paying any charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

If a customer refuses a shipment, any taxes/duties or return shipping fees will be deducted from refund on return.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Full priced items are eligible for a full refund minus shipping fees. We do not offer exchange's or store credits.

Domestic Orders must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

International Orders must be returned within 20 days of purchase.

All returns shipping costs including taxes incurred for returning an Acler item are at the customers expense, unless an item is deemed faulty.
