Current season pieces purchased with a pre order item will be shipped within 48-72 hours of placing your order. Pre order items will be shipped separately from estimated dispatch date.

All Orders over $300 receive FREE Express Shipping
For orders under $300 Standard Shipping is $8AUD and Express Shipping is $12AUD
NEW ZEALAND & UNITED STATES
All Orders over $300 receive FREE Express Shipping
For orders under $300 Express Shipping is $15AUD
REST OF WORLD
For all orders Express Shipping is a $40AUD flat rate
All orders are dispatched within 48-72 business hours
Shipment time after dispatch is approximately 1-7 business days depending on your location
TAXES & DUTIES
Some international shipments can be subject to customs and import duties once they reach their destination. In these circumstances, Acler does not take responsibility for paying any charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
If a customer refuses a shipment, any taxes/duties or return shipping fees will be deducted from refund on return.

RETURNS
Pre Orders are treated like a standard order, you are eligible to initiate a return for Pre Order styles within 14 days of receiving your order domestically, and 20 days internationally. Items are eligible for a full refund minus shipping fees. We do not offer exchange's or store credits.
All returns shipping costs including taxes incurred for returning an Acler item are at the customers expense, unless an item is deemed faulty.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
