Returns
You are welcome to lodge a return request within 14 days from the purchase date for domestic orders, and 20 days for international orders. Items must be returned in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached.
Full price items (including those purchased with a promotional code) purchased via shopacler.com are eligible for a refund or credit note.
Full price items purchased in our Strand Arcade, Sydney retail store can only be returned for a credit note or exchanged in store within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure you have your receipt on hand when returning your item. If you are unable to return your item to the store within this time please contact us for alternative arrangements.
Items purchased on sale (unless deemed faulty) cannot be returned so please choose carefully.
Please note that we are only able to accept returns for purchases made on shopacler.com. For item/s purchased from other Acler stockists, please direct returns to the stockist directly.
Please submit your return via our online portal below. Before lodging your return, please ensure your purchase meets the eligibility terms noted below. Please print out your return form here and fill in the required information.
Full Priced Items
Full priced items are eligible for a full refund minus shipping fees. We do not offer exchanges. Your refund will be returned to your choice of the original payment method used to place the order or a store credit.
All returns shipping costs including taxes incurred for returning an Acler item are at the customers expense, unless an item is deemed faulty. For Australian customers, an Australia Post return label can be generated for you in our portal. For customers in the United States, a UPS label can be generated for you in our portal. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Full priced items with a promotional code applied at the checkout are eligible for a full refund.
Jewellery
Please choose carefully as jewellery products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons. If the ring that you have purchased is the incorrect size, you may return this for a store credit only.
Sale Items
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Faulty Items
We apologise for any inconvenience a faulty garment may cause. Please contact enquiries@acler.com.au with your order number, description and images of the fault. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Pre Order
Pre Orders are treated like a standard order, you are eligible to initiate a return for Pre Order styles within 14 days of receiving your order domestically, and 20 days internationally. Items are eligible for a full refund minus shipping fees. We do not offer exchanges or store credits.
Afterpay
Once a refund has been requested, any remaining scheduled payments will be adjusted or cancelled. Any confirmed payments will be refunded to the original payment method, minus original shipping charges.
Refundid
(AU & US Customers Only)
We've partnered with Refundid to offer your instant refunds for your returns, before you've sent back your order. Select Instant refund with Refundid as your return outcome when lodging your refund to claim your instant refund (on eligible items only).
E-Gift Card
E-Gift Cards are digital and will be sent via email. If you have opted to send your E-Gift Card on the day of purchasing, the recipient will receive their E-Gift Card within 1 hour of issue. If a date in future has been selected, your E-Gift Card will be sent within the course of that date.
E-Gift cards are not transferable nor refundable if unused. US customers will purchase Acler E-Gift Cards in US currency, Australia and the rest of the world are in AUD currency.
E-Gift Cards are not redeemable at our Sydney Strand Arcade Store.
