Resort 25 showcases an array of exciting prints and techniques, with a standout being the Wildberry Bloom print—hand-painted in-house by our talented designer, Tiana. We sat down with her to talk all things painting, inspiration, and creative achievements.

‘I've been painting since I was four, and it has always felt incredibly natural to me and has been a constant part of my life. Art and painting is how I truly express myself and it has somehow followed me and weaved itself into my work.’

Acler: What was the feeling when you saw your hand painted prints on the runway for the first time?

Tiana: It was incredibly surreal. I remember streaming the runway on the day, I was huddled around the computer with my partner and family just squealing with excitement when the first style came down the runway. It’s such a personal win for me and felt really special to be a part of such an incredible day and achievement for the brand. It is a crazy feeling seeing something painted come to life on a garment. So much work is involved in the collections, and it is such a testament to Kath and Jules and the brand and story they have created to be able for something like this give me opportunities like this

Acler: How do you envision people feeling when they wear garments featuring your hand-painted prints?

Tiana: I think through any of my work I want the wearer to feel confident and unapologetically themselves. That’s really what fashion and clothing is about isn’t it, showing yourself and your personality through your clothing. I hope that the wearer sees themselves in these prints and goes – yep that’s me!
