Dispatch and Tracking
*During our Seasonal Sale, please allow an extra 2-3 days for dispatch.
If your order is placed before 12pm AEST on a business day, we will aim to dispatch it same day, otherwise it will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed the following business day.
Tracking will be provided via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. For Australian customers, please allow 24 hours for shipment details to appear on the Australia Post website.
Please note we are not able to cancel orders once they have been placed.
Occasionally, your order may be split shipped between our warehouse and our retail location based on stock availability. In this case, you will receive two tracking numbers to keep an eye on your shipments.
International Orders
International shipments are provided by DHL Express.
International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on delivery country. All payable duties and taxes will be displayed at check-out and we guarantee no additional charges on delivery. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive via DHL Express.
Some regions may require duties and taxes to be prepaid before shipment, other regions may have to option to prepay or pay upon delivery.
Click & Collect
Complimentary Click & Collect is available for online purchases from the Acler Store in the Strand Arcade, Sydney, Australia.
If your order is eligible for Click & Collect, it will be displayed at checkout.
Orders placed before 12pm can be picked up on the same day, while orders placed after 12pm can be picked up the following day.
You will be contacted via email when your order is ready for pick up.

If you can no longer pick up your order and would like for your items to be shipped, you will need to request for your Click & Collect order to be cancelled and then place a new order online.
Standard online returns policy applies to orders placed with Click and Collect with the start of your return window commencing from the collection confirmation email date.
