Dispatch and Tracking
All orders are dispatched within 48-72 hours. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within on the next business day.
Tracking will be provided via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. For Australian customers, please allow 24 hours for shipment details to appear on the Aus Post website.
Please note we are not able to cancel orders once they have been placed.
Occasionally, your order may be split shipped between our warehouse and one of our retail locations. For international shipments (excluding the US), your shipping fee will be doubled to cover the cost of sending your order from two locations.
Please note that for customers from the United States, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, that you will be charged in $USD and at the RRP pricing for your region. This will be reflected at the checkout.
Pre Order
Current season pieces purchased with a pre order item will be shipped within 48-72 hours of placing your order. Pre order items will be shipped separately from estimated dispatch date, this is noted on the product page.
Taxes and Duties
International shipments can be subject to customs and import duties once they reach their destination. For customers in the United States, these are calculated at checkout and included in the cost of your order. For other international locations, Acler does not take responsibility for paying any charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Please note that if you have paid duties as part of your order, these were paid to your local government authority and not to Acler. This means that we are unable to refund any duties paid if a return is made. Instead, you can apply to your local government to have these reimbursed.
If payment of duties and taxes is refused upon arrival in your destination country, the amount will be deducted from your return.
