- Please Ensure all items are returned in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be inspected and the refund processed. Your refund will be paid back to the original payment method.
- Acler will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping. We suggest items are sent back by registered post with tracking.
- Refusal of shipment - any taxes/duties or return shipping fees will be deducted from refund on return.
Full Priced Items
- Full priced items are eligible for a full refund minus shipping fees. We do not offer exchange's or store credits.
- Domestic Orders must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- International Orders must be returned within 20 days of purchase
- All returns shipping costs including taxes incurred for returning an Acler item are at the customers expense, unless an item is deemed faulty.
- We do not accept returns on sale items
Promotional /Welcome Codes
- Full priced items with a promotional code applied at the checkout are eligible for a full refund
- We apologise for any inconvenience a faulty garment may cause. Please contact email@example.com with your order number, description and images of the fault.
- Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
- Contact the original place of purchase to assess your faulty item if not purchased from Acler online.
