Returns
You are welcome to lodge a return request within 14 days from the purchase date for domestic orders, and 20 days for international orders. Items must be returned in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached. We do not offer exchanges on any full-priced or sale item.
Full price items (including those purchased with a promotional code) purchased via shopacler.com are eligible for a refund or credit note.
Full price items purchased in our Strand Arcade, Sydney retail store can only be returned for a credit note or exchanged in store within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure you have your receipt on hand when returning your item. If you are unable to return your item to the store within this time please contact us for alternative arrangements.
Items purchased on sale (unless deemed faulty) cannot be returned so please choose carefully.
Please note that we are only able to accept returns for purchases made on shopacler.com. For item/s purchased from other Acler stockists, please direct returns to the stockist directly.

Full Priced Items
Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund, minus any shipping fees. Australian customers can generate a return label via Australia Post through our returns portal. Rest of World customers now have the option to generate a DHL return label, and US customers can generate a UPS return label - all via our returns portal above.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund, calculated at the time of return label generation. We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return, as we are not liable for any lost or damaged items in transit.
Please note, we do not offer exchanges of any kind. Full-priced items purchased using a promotional code remain eligible for a full refund.
Jewellery
Please choose carefully as our jewellery products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons. If you purchase a ring and require a different size, you may return it for a store credit only.

Sale Items
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or any form of exchange on sale items.
Faulty Items
If you believe an item in your order is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team at enquiries@acler.com.au with your order number, description and images of the fault. Please note that faulty garments must be flagged with our team within 10 days of receiving your order. Garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Return Tracking
We recommend using our returns portal for a seamless return process. If you choose to return your item via your carrier of choice, please use a tracked service, as we are unable to investigate parcels without a tracking number. For ease of investigation, please keep proof of lodgement to provide to our team if we encounter any issues with the shipping provider. Ensure your return is handed to a courier driver or lodged at a postal facility. We do not recommend using a street postal box, as this does not provide a lodgement receipt.
Acler will not be liable for any lost returns that are lodged via a carrier of choice.
Afterpay
Once a refund has been requested, any remaining scheduled payments will be adjusted or cancelled. Any confirmed payments will be refunded to the original payment method, minus original shipping charges.
E-Gift Card
E-Gift Cards are digital and will be sent via email. If you have opted to send your E-Gift Card on the day of purchasing, the recipient will receive their E-Gift Card within 1 hour of issue. If a date in future has been selected, your E-Gift Card will be sent within the course of that date.
E-Gift cards are not transferable nor refundable if unused. US customers will purchase Acler E-Gift Cards in US currency, Australia and the rest of the world are in AUD currency.
E-Gift Cards are not redeemable at our Sydney Strand Arcade Store.
