Please Ensure all items are returned in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be inspected and the refund processed. Your refund will be paid back to the original payment method.
Acler will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping. We suggest items are sent back by registered post with tracking.
Refusal of shipment - any taxes/duties or return shipping fees will be deducted from refund on return.
Full Priced Items
Full priced items are eligible for a full refund minus shipping fees. We do not offer exchange's or store credits.
Domestic Orders must be returned within 14 days of purchase
International Orders must be returned within 20 days of purchase
All returns shipping costs including taxes incurred for returning an Acler item are at the customers expense, unless an item is deemed faulty.
Sale Items
We do not accept returns on sale items
Promotional /Welcome Codes
Full priced items with a promotional code applied at the checkout are eligible for a full refund
Faulty Items
We apologise for any inconvenience a faulty garment may cause. Please contact enquiries@acler.com.au with your order number, description and images of the fault.
Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Contact the original place of purchase to assess your faulty item if not purchased from Acler online.
