What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 14 days from the purchase date for domestic orders, and 20 days for international orders. Please see our full returns policy here.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer a welcome discount?
We offer a welcome 10% off code on first purchases when signing up to our newsletter. To redeem the discount, apply the code at checkout. Valid on full price product only. Discount is valid for 30 days from signing up.
When will I receive my order?
If your order is placed before 11am AEST on a business day, we will aim to dispatch it same day, otherwise it will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed the following business day. Find out estimated shipping days per region here.
How long are gift cards valid for?
Acler E-Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. E-Gift Cards will receive an email notification with a code to use at checkout.
